Chicken Taco Pizza

ingredients
6 fat-free flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups fat-free chicken tenders, cooked and shredded
1 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups fat-free Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped jalapeño peppers
3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
3/4 cup fat-free taco sauce
directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with nonfat cooking spray. Arrange tortillas in a single layer on baking sheet(s). Spread each tortilla with 1-2 tablespoons taco sauce just to coat. Combine chicken and taco seasoning in a small bowl and toss until chicken is coated. Scatter chicken over sauce. Sprinkle peppers, tomatoes, and cheese over chicken. Bake in preheated oven 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted and tortilla is lightly browned. Serve with additional taco sauce, if desired. Easy do ahead recipe.
