Turkey Scallopini

ingredients
1 1/2 lb. fat-free turkey cutlets
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3/8 cup water
directions
Lightly spray large nonstick skillet with nonfat cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Pound turkey cutlets until flattened. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and paprika. Cook 3-4 minutes in skillet; turn cutlets over and cook 4-5 minutes until no longer pink and cooked through. Remove turkey from skillet and keep warm. Add lemon juice and water to skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until heated through. Spoon sauce over turkey cutlets and serve.
