Angel Hair Pasta With Italian Cod Fillets

ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cod fillets
1 1/2 cups fat-free pasta sauce
1/3 cup fat-free Parmesan cheese
8 oz. fat-free angel hair pasta

directions

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well and keep warm. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly spray baking dish with nonfat cooking spray. Arrange fish in dish; pour sauce over top. Cover baking dish with foil and bake in preheated oven 20-25 minutes, until fish flake easily with a fork. Remove foil; sprinkle with cheese and bake 5-10 minutes until cheese is lightly browned. Serve over cooked pasta. Easy do ahead recipe.
